I was trying to order a few travel things from graveltravel.com, and the site just felt a bit clunky. Maybe I’m reading into it, but the way some of the product info was written made it feel like they assumed shoppers already knew exactly what they were looking for.

The checkout did eventually go through, but it took a couple tries because my cart kept updating in a weird way. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely tested my patience more than I expected.

The prices seemed fine, so I’m not saying I’d never shop there again. But the whole experience didn’t feel very smooth, and based on the vibe of the site, it just didn’t come across as super user-friendly. I might go back if I really need something, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I might be focusing mostly on the booking part, since that’s really all I needed, but the site barely worked for me. I tried searching and clicking through a few pages, but a lot of them loaded strangely or didn’t open at all. Some buttons just sat there and did nothing. After about 10 minutes of messing with it, I gave up. Frustrating experience overall.

I took this bottle on one trip and it leaked everywhere inside my bag. Super frustrating, especially since I felt like I was getting passed around trying to figure out what to do about it. Not a great first experience.

I ordered from Gravel my first thought was, wow, that got here fast. It showed up way sooner than I expected, everything was packed fine, and there were zero issues. Easy win in my book.

If you’re checking it out, I’d still compare a couple of other sites just to be safe, but I didn’t get the impression they were trying to overcharge.

I’ve used it in some light rain and gotten it splashed a bit, and everything inside stayed dry (which was a relief). I haven’t tested it in a serious downpour yet, so I can’t say how it would do in a heavy storm, but for regular travel and everyday use, it’s been working well

The bag looks good overall, and I do like the style. The zipper just feels a little cheap and stiff when I use it, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time.....

It feels sturdy enough overall, sturdy enough, but the fabric does seem a little thin to me. Not bad, just not as solid as I was hoping.

I bought this thinking it would be good for trips, but it takes up way more space in my bag than I expected. It feels like about twice as bulky as I’d want for something portable. Kind of defeats the purpose, honestly — I was hoping for something easy to carry around, not something I’d probably end up leaving at home...

Even after wiping it down, it still looked kind of dirty, which made me trust the quality a little less. For the price, I figured it would hold up and clean up better. It’s not awful, but it definitely left me feeling disappointed.
